What are the cufflinks made of?
Our cufflinks are made using .925 sterling silver and are rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing. We use Swarovski crystals in our designs. Each piece has been designed in Melbourne, proto typed in Sydney and each one is individually hand made, set and polished overseas.
How are my cufflinks packaged and presented?
We place your cufflinks in a beautiful grey cufflink box, and they are wrapped securely to ensure a safe and secure transit. Deliveries are made through Australia Post.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders are gift wrapped. Your cufflinks are presented in a cufflink box, and gift wrapped in grey tissue paper, with grey ribbon. If you would like a special note with your order (as a gift), don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of a payment confirmation. We guarantee dispatch within three working days.
What are your postage and handling charges?
Standard Delivery - Delivery is free to all addresses in Australia and will take five to seven working days depending on your location.
Express Delivery - Express postage is a flat rate of $7 and will take one to three working days depending on your location.
Standard International Delivery - International postage is a flat rate of $15 and will vary depending on your location.
Express International Delivery - Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require express post shipping. This will vary depending on your location and the service provider we use.
All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne showroom. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the above time frames.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Is my online payment secure?
You are fully protected when shopping online with World of Cufflinks. The payment process is securely encrypted to protect your private credit card information.
Can I return or exchange my cufflinks?
Absolutely. We offer a no fuss, no explanation needed return and exchange process.
Simply email email@example.com within 14 days to arrange the refund or exchange. If you would like to exchange the cufflinks, let us know your desired replacement and we will hold them for you during the process.
I've received my cufflinks but they are damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope you never receive a faulty product from us. However if this does occur, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0419 519 657 to arrange an exchange or refund.
How do I care for my cufflinks?
Our cufflinks are very sturdy and scratch resistant, so minimal care is required. Every World of Cufflinks pair of cufflinks comes with a polishing cloth specifically designed to keep your cufflinks clean.
Give your cufflinks a quick wipe with the cloth every time you take them off. But if you’re too busy for that, simply clean them every couple of months. It is safe to use commercial jewellery cleaning products on your World of Cufflinks products.
