Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you.

Acceptance of an order
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the goods ordered at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order; this email does not confirm acceptance of the order at this point. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we will endeavour to contact you.
Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than 10 working days after the day on which you receive the products.

Privacy and data protection
We take your privacy seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in the UK to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secret and processed fairly and lawfully. The data you supply to us will enable us and our processors to fulfil your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We collect the data that you enter and we track how you use the site using cookies. We use this information to deliver your order and to save you having to type in the same information every time you visit our site. We also use it for anonymous analysis about how our customers use our website.
Description of products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
Online security and payments
We use WorldPay as our payment system. All the credit card information is processed by WorldPay, no credit card data is held by us in any form.
WorldPay has the highest level of compliance under the payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the whole transaction process.
WorldPay accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Visa Electron, and Solo.
If paying by credit or debit card please provide your billing address your card provider holds on file.
You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. We cannot be held liable for any unauthorised transactions nor can we be held liable for any denied payments which are as a result of the information provided by you.
Delivery
Mainland UK & Northern Ireland
Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class and standard UK delivery is FREE! We always aim to despatch the same day and deliver the next day, but please allow upto 3 to 4 days. During holiday periods and delays beyond our control then please allow one further week.
Overseas Customers
Those interested in purchasing from overseas should contact us at enquiries@worldofcufflinks.com in advance of placing an order for postal rates.
Refund Policy
You can return your cufflinks fo an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receipt, on the condition that the cufflinks have been unused and are in their original packaging. You must also provide a copy of the original receipt.
All returns must be notified in writing before the cufflinks are sent and accepted by us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery to ensure that your returns reach us safely. All goods will need to be returned to us in suitable protective packaging.

Receiving your refund
We will contact you by email or by post when your refund has been processed. All refunds will be paid once we have received and checked the cufflinks. Refunds will be paid within 14 days.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are listed in £ GBP. The price you pay will be confirmed on your acknowledgment email. We reserve the right to update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. We also reserve the right to withdraw goods from the website at any time.
